PrePress
Operator

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated
individual to join our fast paced Digital Pre-press Department.
Our successful candidate will possess:
* A diploma in Printing Technology or Graphic Design paired with a minimum of 2 years printing experience or an equivalent combination of education and practical experience.
* Proven ability to meet deadlines and work with minimal supervision
* Meticulous attention to detail while thriving in a multi tasking environment
* Excellent communication skills
Required Technical Skills
* Adobe Creative Suite CS2/3 with particular strengths in Illustrator
* Knowledge of Quark Xpress
* Sound working knowledge of Macintosh operating system or Windows Application
* Excellent understanding of the Litho, Flexo and Gravure printing process
* Solid Understanding of artwork preparation and trouble shooting
* PDF based work flows and Computer-to-plate operations
* Digital proofing and colour management
* Creation of mock-ups and layouts
Additional Technical Skills An Asset
* Packaging related repress knowledge
* Art Pro systems
* ICC profiling and Colour Management

1. MERCHANDISER (Senior & Junior)

- Pria/wanita; usia 25 – 40 tahun.
- Min. D-3; 5 th (MD Sr) & 3 th (MD Jr) sebagai merchandiser di pabrik garment
- Berpengalaman & mandiri menangani order/pesanan Buyer Asing
- Mampu berbhs. Inggris (lisan-tertulis), mengoperasikan komputer (Ms. Word, Excel)
- Mahir menjalin komunikasi & hubungan antar-pribadi


2. QUALITY CONTROL (Supervisor & Staff)

- Pria/wanita; usia 25 – 40 tahun.
- Min. SLTA; 5 th (QC Spv) & 3 th (QC ) sebagai QC di pabrik garment.
- Berpengalaman & mandiri mengawasi kualitas produksi dari in-line s/d siap ekspor
- Mampu berbhs Inggris (min tertulis), mengoperasikan komputer (email)
- Mahir menjalin komunikasi & hubungan antar-pribadi
- Memiliki sikap, integritas & ketahanan kerja yang kuat, teliti, mampu mendeteksi potensi - masalah & sekaligus menyelesaikannya, mampu bekerja dalam tim kerja


3. MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (MT)

- Pria/wanita; usia 20 – 25 tahun.
- Minimum D-3 segala bidang
- Mampu berbahasa Inggris (lisan & tertulis)
- Mahir menjalin komunikasi & hubungan antar-pribadi
- Mampu mengoperasikan komputer (Ms Word, Excel)
- Memiliki sikap, integritas & ketahanan kerja yang kuat, teliti, mampu bekerja dalam tim kerja
